ASUS ROG Loki SFX-L 1000W Platinum power supply unit 24-pin ATX Black, Silver

Gave it 4 stars because on high load it has some coil whine but it’s overall a good product.

I needed a 1000W transformer for my new ATX case and ATX motherboard so I saw this PSU being advertised as ATX so I bought it given that my motherboard and PC Liquid cooler were ASUS and I've always had good experiences with ASUS. But this PSU is an example of semi-incorrect advertising. Last time I built a PC was back in 2016 and I don't think SFX-L was a size back then for PSUs so I missed that in the advertising for this product, despite that, the product is being advertised as ATX sized but it's just not suitable for an ATX sized PC case and I'll explain why... To install onto an ATX sized case you have to first mount the provided bracket using the six screws provided (I did that) and then fit it to the back of the ATX PC case - this unfortunately means that the PSU is sort of 'hovering in mid air' with no support underneath the PSU to hold it in place, it's just the 6 tiny screws suspending it there and I do not like the idea of there being no support at the bottom holding a PSU up (could be dangerous I think if the screws somehow give way). Secondly the cables provided are just not long enough to reach the power sockets on the motherboard, none of the provided PCI-E power cables reached the motherboard and none of the two CPU power cables could reach their respective motherboard sockets. In the end I was just sick of it, I wasn't going to buy the several cable extensions required so that they could reach the motherboard - instead I purchased a corsair ATX PSU which was appropriately sized for ATX PC case and motherboard. Asus please do not advertise this as being ATX sized friendly (like on the front of your box) - it is clearly not.

Ich hab nur so viel Geld ausgegeben, damit mein ITX system sehr leise ist. Diese zweck wird erfüllt. Ob jetzt das deutlich günstigere Corsair auf so leise wär, weis ich aber nicht… Das sfx von Cooler Master war jedefalls viel zu laut Das Loki hört man kaum- garnicht

Ha funzionato per 3 giorni poi improvvisamente il PC non parte più e si sente un ticchettio proveniente dall' alimentatore...prendetevi un alimentatore della Corsair che non delude mai.

Kam zerkratzt an. Zweiter Versuch. Beim zweiten Versuch ein Super Produkt. Sehr leise.

questo non è un alimentatore normale ... è un fantastico alimentatore . è un peccato inserirlo nel case e non metterlo in mostra ,esteticamente e bellissimo ,le rifiniture in platino (!) sono superbe ripeto nasconderlo nel case è un peccato mortale , se ci mettessi una illuminazione rgb starebbe in prima vista con la scheda grafica e tutti gli altri componenti rgb.... ricordiamoci che comunque è sempre un 1000w e fa il suo sporco lavoro.

Alimentatore più piccolo del normale, cavi veramente cortissimi, non arrivano a nessuna periferica, ho dovuto utilizzare i cavi del vecchio alimentatore. Non c’è scritto nella descrizione che è un alimentatore per pc piccoli. Qualità inferiore rispetto al mio rog strix 750

Alimentatore di buona fattura, potente, piccolo e compatto è davvero bello esteticamente. Amazon si è confermato il bugiardo che è, mentendo sul giorno di consegna, mentendo sul fatto che spedissero loro, spedizione arrivata con giorni e giorni di ritardo con un asettico messaggio di Amazon che diceva che dopo 3 giorni potevo avere il rimborso, e i soldi che ho perso prima ad aspettare i loro comodi? Ne ho preso un altro per la mia fidanzata su un altro store, pagato meno e arrivato prima di Amazon.
