Une centrale très bruyante et qui n'a rien d'exceptionnel pour un prix élevé. Très déçue.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with this iron and it's such a shame- I was so excited. For one, it's really noisy and the filter button kept going on to put a new one in. Ok, I iron a lot but still- those things are expensive. The worst part about the iron was the corde- after 4 months, the fibres to the cord started coming off- there where it rubs against the ironing board when you iron from one end to the other. So, we had to return it. I have to say that the service was excellent, that is if you call the LauraStar in Switzerland- the LauraStar in France were not very helpful. We even received a phone call from LauraStar and they were very helpful to our needs. We ended up getting an upgrade since we have a B&B and iron a lot. So far, it's working perfectly. I might add, even with a filter, we noticed black stuff was coming out of the iron and spotting what I was ironing. The bottom of the iron was full of black stuff coming out of the holes. I don't if it's our water or the rubber part around the holes where the steam comes out- but in any case- I started using distilled water- even thought it's not recommended- and so far we have no problems. The upgrade is also a bit noisy in the beginning but hey, if you want a good steamer, that's just how it is.

Crache de l'eau même en suivant la procédure, vapeur pas si puissante, réservoir petit et température pas adaptable. Bien trop chère

Bin super zufrieden.Sehr handlich und super einfaches schnelles bügeln.

Mon appareil est tombé en panne après un mois d'utilisation. (La pompe fait du bruit nonstop mais la vapeur ne sort plus. Je le renvoie chez le réparateur (via Amazon) qui m'informe qu'il n'est pas réparable par mail...et je dois informer Amazon de cela car il n'y a pas de communication entre eux. J'attends tjrs mon remboursement 3 mois après.

Franchement impeccable au niveau de la qualité du repassage surtout au niveau des vêtements chemises et draps . Top

Zuerst alles gut und voll zufriedenstellend. nach 3 Monaten kaput. Keine Funktion mehr.

Bonjour j'ai bien reçu ma centrale LAURASTAR avec le réservoir d'eau cassé. Comment faire pour résoudre à ce problème ? Ci-joint les photos

Je la retourne de suite , elle ne marche pas du tout !
